We Are?

Hi there! We’re Yoly and Rafa. After years of juggling classrooms, family, and the weight of routine, we decided it was time to shake things up. It took nearly two years of planning, but we’ve officially traded the routine for a one-way ticket and the excitement is real!

Through Romders, we share our journey in a way that lets us slow down. While the views inspire us, what excites us most is celebrating the people, embracing the culture, and uncovering the stories that make every place unique. We seek out the traditions, legends, and subtle details that often go unnoticed, sharing each story as an invitation for others to experience the world with a sense of wonder.

Why

Romders?

Friends have always called us “The Romans,” so when it came time to find a unique name that would truly identify us, we wanted something with a personal touch that also captured the spirit of discovery. Using our first names didn’t feel right; we needed something that could carry the stories we’re setting out to tell.

The search wasn’t easy. Almost every name we thought of was already taken. Then, it clicked. By merging the beginning of Roman with the heart of Wonders, we found it: Romders.

To us, Romders represents the 'why' behind every mile. We follow our internal compass, find the heart of every place we visit, and share it in a way that’s uniquely ours.
